Korda Korder have today released a brilliant brand new single, ‘I Won’t Live Like You Do’ and we have the exclusive premiere on God Is In the TV.
Previous single, ‘What Have You Done’ was played far and wide by the great and good on BBC 6Music and Radio X, and this should be no different.
Whilst the last track was just the duo of Grace Burgoyne and Tom Reynolds, this is the first full band effort following the expansion to a five-piece since the turn of the year.

When they were just two, there was a sparse, ethereal atmosphere to it. The reverb-drenched guitar is still there, bolstered by drums (Jack Bunning), bass (Max Murden) and more guitar (Tom Easen), making a huge cacophony of exquisite ambrosia. The chorus is a huge swell from the depths of the left and right ventricles, as Grace’s vocals glide in on the crest of an emotional gut punch, seemingly shattering some unfortunate person’s heart. “I won’t walk your broken street/I won’t fall down to your feet/Got to find my way alone/Walking to the unknown/I won’t live like you do”.
They play SXSW next month in Austin, Texas, the U.S of A in March, and also the brand new London leg of the festival in June.
