The fourth and final volume of Have Yourself a Merry Indie Christmas is released through Bandcamp on the 6th of December, with every penny of the proceeds again going to Crisis at Christmas. Curated by former Wales Arts Review journalist Kevin McGrath, the latest volume combines stellar contributions from Indie legends, Peel favourites, occasional hitmakers and underground indie bands from all over the UK, Europe and America.
Highlights from this bumper 62-tracks offering of festive originals include Grandaddy, The Raveonettes, Whyte Horses, The Lucksmiths, The Sultans of Ping, TV Smith and four bands who recorded for the legendary Sarah label during the heyday of Indie Pop – The Orchids, Boyracer, Brighter and Northern Picture Library.
