NEWS: The Gentle Spring announce debut album and tour

Michael Hiscock, founder member of 1990s indie-pop favourites The Field Mice, has formed a new band, The Gentle Spring. Based in Paris, the band have released a new single with details of their debut album due for release in early 2025 and a short British tour.

The band is Hiscock (vocals, guitar, bass) with Emilie Guillaumot (vocals, keyboard) and Jérémie Orsel (guitar). The album, entitled Looking Back At The World will be released by Skep Wax Records on January 17. The first single from the album is ‘Sugartown,’ the video for which can be seen below.
