NEWS: Kim Deal unveils latest track from forthcoming solo album

Kim Deal has released the latest track from her forthcoming solo album Nobody Loves You More – ‘A Good Time Pushed‘. This follows the release of the singles ‘Coast‘ and ‘Crystal Breath‘.

A Good Time Pushed‘ is the album’s closer and was the final song recorded by Kim for the album. It was engineered by her close friend Steve Albini at his Electrical Audio studio in Chicago and features Breeders members Jim Macpherson and Kelley Deal. The song celebrates the beginning and end of a relationship: “Now is the time / For me to get what I want.”

The official visualiser for the track by Mark Satterthwaite may be seen below.

As previously revealed, Nobody Loves You More will be released by 4AD on November 22. Nobody Loves You More will be released digitally and on CD, cassette (Bandcamp only), standard black vinyl, Florida Orange vinyl (indie retail only) and Dazzling Galaxy vinyl (4AD & artist store only) on 22 November. The album was refined over several years; its oldest songs, ‘Are You Mine?’ and ‘Wish I Was’, were written and originally recorded in 2011 shortly after Deal came off the Pixies’ Lost Cities Tour and relocated to Los Angeles.
