The sun, and the stars, shone on this year’s Red Rooster Festival. Set in the rather splendid grounds of Euston Hall just south of Thetford in Suffolk, Red Rooster was back for its ninth annual edition and once more it did not disappoint. Three days and nights of some of the very best blues, roots, Americana, and country music that is around today was on offer from some fantastic acts including this year’s headliners Christone “Kingfish” Ingram and Fantastic Negrito and an incredibly strong supporting cast which featured His Lordship, Chuck Prophet & the Mission Express, Daddy Long Legs, The Nude Party, Nicole Atkins, the Take Me To The River All-Stars amongst many more great artists besides.
