Announcing ten days of The Cure 2

Welcome to Ten days of The Cure

With their new album Songs Of A Lost World slated for release sometime in 2023, and the anniversary of their Bloodflowers album falling in February, today we begin ten days of coverage of The Cure, one of Britain’s greatest bands.

Running from today the 1st to the 10th of February 2023, there will be articles that trace the band’s late-70’s formation as a three piece in Crawley, in-depth album retrospectives charting their long discography, live reviews, plus artists and bands picking out their favourite Cure songs. There will also be a feature on Robert Smith and mental health and more.

Following our successful fundraising efforts with our R.E.M. and Kylie covers albums in aid of Help Musicians and Macmillan respectively, we are also asking if artists and bands would be interested in contributing to a Cure covers album for potential release next year in aid of Mind, as well as looking for acts to write about their favourite Cure songs for a feature. Please get in touch if either of these are of interest: Email [email protected]
