Jamie T has announced details of a large winter tour to take place in November across the country, including a huge show at the historic Alexandra Palace in London. News of the tour comes off the back of his raucous headlining appearance in The John Peel Tent at Glastonbury which gained rave reviews across the board.
The South Londoner returned to the live circuit in May for the first time after a five year hiatus, performing an intimate show at London’s Subterania. The current single ‘St George Wharf Tower’ was released last week and is from his forthcoming fifth studio album The Theory of Whatever , set to be released via Polydor Records on July 29th. It’s a much more laid back affair after the rousing lead single ‘The Old Style Raiders’ ; it’s a thoughtful lament on high-rise city living laced with bittersweet humour. See the video below.
Jamie T will also celebrate the 15th anniversary of debut album Panic Prevention with a limited edition vinyl release. The dates for the tour are:
