New on the scene, the Boston trio Cap’n Marble might be the new psychedelic pop group to shape the scene. Showcasing an intricate depth of guitar work, their song ‘Bed Of Sun’ Is twined with powerful vocals and punchy synths giving it a subtle but powerful ambiance.
The song captures long summer drives, bright nights, and a time where nothing else matters. As the chorus progresses, I found myself diving further into the depths of escapism, dreaming of a perfect world away from the realities of the crazy world we live in right now.
Frontmen John Dasilva and Ryan Arshnsky said: “We have a lot of songs in the works but we thought this would be a nice song to release during this time and hopefully make people feel better during quarantine”.
The band plan to release two more singles ahead of their first full album which will be released later this year.
‘Bed Of Sun’ is out now, standing as the perfect distraction during these unprecedented times.
