NEWS: Róisín Murphy issues new ‘Narcissus’ remix package

Róisín Murphy has shared a new EP of remixes for her recent track ‘Narcissus’. Narcissus (The Crooked Mixes) contains four new takes on the track, which was described as “a string heavy disco odyssey” by Fact and a “razor sharp disco throwdown” by Pitchfork. The former Moloko frontwoman recently performed an acclaimed set at Manchester’s Homobloc and released a video for the song.

The remixes have been created by Murphy’s frequent collaborator DJ Parrot, under his Crooked Man pseudonym, with the EP boasting four distinctive versions of the track. Murphy is also set to embark upon a short Australian tour in December, playing the Meredith Festival on the 14th, Melbourne’s Forum on the 15th and Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on the 17th. Her most recent album, Take Her Up to Monto, was released in 2016.
