Cardiff four-piece Winter Coat craft swirling dream pop soundscapes topped by the lovelorn, heart on her sleeve vocals of singer Jen. Their new single ‘Into The Blue’ with its swelling percussion and shimmering guitars is accompanied by a new video that’s black and white shots intersperses the nightlife of Cardiff’s city with footage of a band performance, watch the premiere above.
Winter coat are Jen (vox/guitar), Dan (vox/guitar), Daryl (bass) and Jonny (drums), after suffering through multiple set backs caused by what the band call ‘the guitarist curse’, Winter Coat are currently writing a new wave of material inspired by movies and their over-active imaginations.
