Earlier this month, Anglo-Danish trio Off Bloom brought their alt-pop to a debut show at London’s King’s Head. This year the group released their debut five-track EP, which told tales of unrequited love, passion and desperation with a heady mix of punchy basslines, electronic embellishments with a slightly ethereal edge. The gig was a prime chance to showcase their refined Scandi-pop.
Unsurprisingly, one of the tracks they played was the infectious single ‘Love to Hate It.’ The moment was captured on film and has been released as a live music video. The grainy, DIY clip has been pieced together to capture the mysterious energy behind the band, interspersed with crowd reactions.
