Back in October, Patrik Jakubowski, a member of Swedish band Riddarna, released his debut EP “Oceans”. The title track “Oceans” which was released as a single around the time, is a plaintive vocals and plucked guitar song that recalls the naturalistic imagery of John Martyn or the meditative power of Nick Drake and the yearning bliss of Sufjan Stevens, in short the perfect soundtrack to these grey winter dusks. The video made by photographer Jonas Sten Norén contains surfers, wind and waves and is recorded at Swedish idyll Gotland, and we are blessed enough to have the premiere, watch it here:
