The Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia, which returns again this year and will be held over Friday the 26th and Saturday 27th of September within the Camp and Furnace event space in the heart of the city’s Baltic Triangle, has just added a further raft of acts to what is its already very impressive line-up.
Joining the existing headliners Goat, Woods and Suuns will be those Los Angelean garage rockers Allah-Las and husband-wife duo Olga Goreas and Jace Lasek of Montreal sonic visionaries The Besnard Lakes. Christian Bland & The Revelators from Austin, Texas swell the bill even further with their take on psychedelic rock n roll whilst Daniel O’Sullivan and Alexander Tucker of London’s Grumbling Fur may not have quite so far to travel but still won’t be hanging around in the mind expansion stakes.
Prepare to further feed your head with the sonic delights of White Hills, perennial Californian dreamers Sleepy Sun, Zombie Zombie, psychedelic folksters Wolf People and an incredibly strong supporting cast that includes Amen Dunes, Hills and Al Lover’s Sacred Drugs.
