Delightful singer songwriter Tom Hickox follows a sold out home town show at Islington’s Union Chapel and the release of his debut album, ‘War, Peace And Diplomacy’ with a full UK tour in May alongside a single release for album track ‘Out Of The Warzone’.To celebrate we have been gifted an exclusive session track for ‘Let Me Be Your Lover’ it showcases Tom’s elegant songwriting his tender world weary voice, framed in sepia piano notes and slide guitar, watch it here:
Tom’s single ‘Out Of The Warzone’ out in May, features a slide guitar contribution from Richard Hawley, whose band played with Tom on his debut album and whose producer Colin Elliot was behind the desk for the sessions at Sheffield’s Yellow Arch Studios.
Throughout May Tom embarks on his first UK headline tour following support dates with Lindi Ortega in March. As with all Tom Hickox shows attention to detail will be paramount so expect beautifully dressed venues and an order of service on entry. Dates are as follows:
