As supergroups go, Tired Pony won’t go down in history I guess. Essentially a second vehicle for Snow Patrol’s Gary Lightbody, with a few other notables (go Google). Their second album, ‘The Ghost Of The Mountain’, came out this week and it’s another decent record. It’s difficult to see beyond the Snow Patrol sound, but the latter are a grossly abused band, so I’m cool with that (the comparison, not the abuse). Have a listen, please do.
