London based electronic duo Avec Sans have so far tantalised us with so much early promise, including a ripping Bon Iver cover and remixes of Swiss Lips and Curxes.
They have chosen this moment to jump onto centre stage with their official first single ‘Hold On’ .
It’s BIG, bold, chock full of synth and yet at the same time makes its vulnerable heart plain to see. I’m kinda lovin’ it, in that “play it six times in a row” way. Most impressive….
Avec Sans are Alice Fox & Jack St. James. Curse their London-ness that they are so far only playing gigs ‘down there’, I need to see them!
