There’s something about Kate Nash that is difficult not to like. The girl has attitude and knows how to apply that to her lyrics, with a couple of great albums in the bag and a third cited for release early next year. In the meantime, she has just gifted us a cracking EP called ‘Death Proof’ and the title track sits here for your edification. It has a great dirty bass grind, reminiscent of The Fall and is one of five fine songs on the EP, including an interesting cover of the Kinks’ ‘All Day And All Of The Night’.
