Bleek Records compilation – free download – Cloud Seeding, Natureboy, Marissa Nadler and much more

I love it when things are put together with such obvious passion for music, so much nicer than randomly skittering around Spotify or YouTube (although both of those can be fun).

This collection, curated by Greg Hatem of Heart Of Hearts, comes from boutique Brooklyn label Bleek Records.

We originally got to them via a track (on this compilation) called ‘The Light’ from Cloud Seeding, a project by New York’s Kevin Serra, producing songs with a different vocalist each time. There’s a couple from the project on here, and another 11 tracks, veering from experimental to Americana, but all worthy of more than passing attention.

Here’s the track that snagged our attention, featuring vocalist Nadina Carina, a Swiss national based in Liverpool.
