PINS are absolutely one of the most exciting new bands we’ve seen or heard in a donkey’s age, and there so-far output of a two track single (released on cassette because that’s what they could afford) promises great things, it really does. They dropped a hint to us after their gig in Liverpool on Saturday, but now it’s official – they’ll be putting out a proper EP ‘LUVU4LYF’ on Bella Union no less. It’s slated to get a limited release on 1st October as 10″ vinyl, and I’ll be getting my pre-order in pretty smart.
Judging from what they’re playing live, it’s gonna be a spine tinglingly reverb soaked and echoey affair, but with, you know, tunes in there too.
