Brighton based singer-songwriter Kate Walsh (who’s been likened to Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush and Laura Marling) releases her new video for ‘Greater
Than I’. Deceptively simple but with a greater depth watch below as Kate taps into her emotions at her home piano:
“This song is about me trying to gain a better perspective on life trying to see everything that happens in life as a blessing. Very hard to do in
some cases but everywhere you turn life has a lesson for you to learn and you can only grow from those experiences. This song is essentially about
trusting that there are bigger things going on out there and you have the choice to be a part of it or not.”
Kate Walsh’s new album ‘The Real Thing’ is released in November, and every 21st of the month until then Kate is releasing a new video. ‘Greater Than
I’ is the third in the series of nine videos, you can view the prior two at – http://www.youtube.com/user/misskatewalsh
