Lunch by Kotki Dwa

The band’s story is peppered with impressive curiosities. Their track ‘Le Beau Charcutier’ was picked by Graham Coxon, Basement Jaxx et al to appear in the Tate Modern art gallery. They have curated Polish papercutting wokshops on London’s Southbank in arms with The Polish Cultural Institute, and they are currently collaborating with food fetishists ‘The Robin Collective’ to launch their new EP, ‘Lunch’.

The release of ‘Lunch EP’ this November is a welcome serving for an audience starved of new Kotki material for too long.
Lovingly hand-packaged in sandwich bags, the new record will prove a taste of bigger things to come, with promises of a full LP in 2012.

To celebrate the EP release Kotki Dwa are putting on a weird and wonderful event in November called LATE LUNCH at CAMP near Old St roundabout, to launch the release. They promise with be quite extraordinary, with experimental food, performances etc. The brilliant NZCA/LINES playing live too. And Midnight A Go-Go DJs.
